Mr. Lim Eng Thang is a highly motivated and energetic Malaysian Chinese, who was born in Sarikei, Sarawak.

 

At the age of 20, he began to develop his carrier path in civil engineering work, specializing in road and drainage system construction. With his exceptional enthusiasm, persevering spirit personality, coupled with a strong desire for customer satisfaction, he has gained remarkable reputation, recognition and trust from the experts and professionals in civil engineering work community.

After getting married in 1996 and settling down in Miri, Sarawak, he set up a company called Fully Contractor Company. The company was subsequently renamed as Fully Contractor Sdn Bhd on 20th August 1999 and officially started its journey into the road construction and drainage system construction business.

Over 10 years (1999 – 2009) of vast experiences in dealing with civil engineering construction works, the business contract budgets ranged from few hundred ringgit to over ten thousand ringgit projects. He realized that in order to meet the increasing market demands on construction business in Miri which is located in the Northern region of Sarawak, it is necessity to expand the company business to ensure that it meets demands to achieve the desired goal.  Hence, successively over these few years, new companies were set up, namely Fully Construction Sdn Bhd; Fully Roadworks Sdn Bhd; Fully Borneolinks Sdn Bhd and Fully Holdings Sdn Bhd and subsequently the Fully Group Of Companies were set up to represent the success of the Group’s unity and integration.

Besides specializing on road, drainage system, brick wall construction and road line painting, he continues to do research and invest in high quality machine to produce road barrier, drain cover and road signs that help to improve the society's well-being. Apart from setting up the Fully Group Of Companies, he had also fulfilled one of his greatest desires - that is to set up an asphalt plant and cement factory with his own brother.

His commitment to all employees is that as long as he remains in Fully, he will ensure that all employees receive the best welfare and are treated as one of Fully family members. Employees will continue to improve and grow together with the company. He emphasized that all employees are important assets of the company, regardless of their position, and it is unity and cooperation among themselves that makes Fully a big family today. He hopes that all employees love their job, love their own family and take care of their health, and further more love Fully, share the pain and achievement together in this family.
